Adding Women's Voices

Our Vision and Mission

It's time!

Wherever you look things seem to be falling apart.

Icebergs are disappearing as temperatures rise. Mindless aggression fuels endless wars - on the battlefield, in the boardroom and in the bedroom. Greed and corruption permeate the decisions of public and private sector leaders we relied upon. Where is the way forward? We believe the way forward is to add the missing element, namely the input of women.

For centuries, women’s voices have been missing at the tables where decisions were made that set the directions of organizations and nations. With a few singular exceptions, a meaningful spectrum of women's voices continue to be missing. The numbers tell the story:

Female Factoids. In the US currently, women are 55% of college graduates, 23% of state legislators, constitute 15% of Congress and 2% of the CEO's of Fortune 500 Corporations. These percentages have remained the same over a decade. Progress in some other nations has moved faster due to legislation and social action that optimizes opportunities for both halves of their citizenry.

With these realities and results in mind, our mission is to design leading edge, practical programs for women leading or wanting to lead in an organization, institution or community of interest. We have dedicated our efforts to women desiring to make a difference - to lead lives of meaning and purpose, to add true value to their organization, their families, their communities and to the world.
