The Context
As
the scope and pace of change accelerate, organizations and communities
of interest around the world are increasingly challenged to adapt or
fail. Despite a multitude of initiatives, the fundamental underpinnings
of many organizations remain the same. Top decision-makers are
struggling to find change strategies that actually work and are
sustainable and to find leaders who can lead in a changing world of
work.
Our Motivation
In
our consulting, over the last thirty years, we have noticed that the
majority of change initiatives, some originating at the highest level
of organizations, tend to become the responsibility of women to
implement. While recognized for our capacity to translate decisions
into practical realities, we have observed that women are often asked
to deliver results without adequate support or relevant models to guide
them in their initiative.

Because
we have been in these situations, we were inspired to design a series
of programs, building upon one another, incrementally providing the
tools and techniques, the insights and outlooks for you to lead in
sustainable ways. Building upon your unique individual strengths, we
add layers of awareness about the innate female attributes for leading
that have been overlooked or subordinated over centuries. It takes time
to acquire a mind-set that honors and utilizes female attributes and
skills. First, you must challenge the beliefs resulting from your
